I have a new build flat. Lino flooring though out! The 2 bedrooms have carpet, Living room and kitchen is openplaned joint together. Shared shut of garden with trampoline, bike shed. Lovely neighbours! Very understandable and Kind. Has huge double door storage in the hallway.
