A two-bedroom large apartment, 2 store rooms and a generous hallway, on the Valley with a great balcony view of the Charlton football ground. Match days are superb, you can chill with a glass of wine or a bottle of larger whilst you watch home match. Less than 5 minutes walk to Charlton station, corner shops local sainsburys, choice of 5 buses 3 to north greenwich statin in less than 15 minutes. 2 direct buses to Greenwich cutty sark with either extension to Lewisham or New Cross. Quiet and very good neighbourhood. 25 minutes walk to the 02 and about 20 minutes walk to Greenwich museum and university. I ideally want to swap because I have lived in this area for over 17 years and I would love a breathe of fresh air somewhere else. Ideally, I would prefer a two-bed spacious house. If the house has small rooms, then I will ideally prefer 3 bedrooms. All other reasonable swaps will be considered. Cheers.
