flat or house wanted in Brighton

1 bed bungalow type flat in a Cul-de-sac in a very quiet street with good neighbours, good sized bedroom huge bathroom and the lounge and kitchen are one long room, it has no garden but does have beds outside the front and back of the building which I have planted and look after, it has a front and back door with a communal garden area outside the back of the property, it?s 10 to 15 minute walk into Lymington town 24 hour mini supermarket garage 3 minute walk. Lymington is a lovely little town situated in the new forest in the middle of Southampton and Bournemouth Very close to the beach and in the heart of the new forest national park. The bungalow itself is a relatively new build (13 years old) and is in excellent condition! I am looking for similar flat or small house, a garden would be a plus I?d like to be somewhere a bit more lively than Lymington so Brighton seems like a good place
