3 bed house needs a 4 bed house

I have a lovely 3 bed house in Redhill, Surrey...assured tenancy with right to buy...3 double bedrooms, large kitchen with room for a table and chairs...my bathroom is downstairs, I have no bathroom or toilet upstairs but does have room for a toilet to be put in if you wanted to...i have a large garden which has a gate for access from the garden down the side of the house to the front...its mid terrace in a little cul-de-sac...my front door opens up onto a lovely big green which also has a park in the corner...its a very friendly, safe and quiet area to bring children up...i have Redhill Town one end of my road with every amenitie you could want from college,supermarkets bus Station, train station, schools, doctors, dentists and all in a 5 minute walking distance, 15 min walk to the leisure center and 10 min drive to east surrey hospital...the other side of my road is Reigate and a 5 min drive to junction 8 m25...i love my house and area but all my family have moved away over the years and i have no family or friends here anymore so feel very isolated...my family live in shepperton and I want to be closer to them. I'm very serious about moving and have my house half packed up already after having a swap fall through.
