Islington to Hemel

I live in a one bedroom flat in a converted house. I am in the ground/semi basement with my own street door and sole use of the large garden. The rooms are a good size, recently tiled hallway, kitchen and bathroom. Bathroom walls are also tiled. Laminate flooring in the front room and bedroom. I have lived here happily for the past 17 years, but would love to move out closer to my sister. Ideally I would like a bungalow but the most important thing is a sole use garden as I have two dogs and to be in Hemel Hempstead
