Building is 7 years old we are the only ones to have lived here. Absolutely love this flat and the space it has to offer but really need a 3rd bedroom with one boy and one girl who are getting older. Both bedrooms are large double bedrooms. Bathroom is spacious with shower over bath.
Living room and kitchen are open plan but built in was way that they can easily be "separate rooms"! Large balcony. Great trian links just 2 mins walk away and a short walk to the town center.
Would love to give my children the chance to have their own bedrooms so a 3 bed is what I would like but would be willing to look at 2 bed houses too.
