New build 2 bedroom ground floor flat

We are located at the new development at the top of Nashleigh Hill in Chesham in a lovely cul de sac area. Right next time my property there is a huge playing field with football pitches and wooden play area for children. Opposite is a bus stop with direct routes to Hemel Hempstead and Uxbridge. The flat has been freshly painted throughout and has had grey laminate flooring done throughout too. The livingroom is open planned with the kitchen and dining room. The bathroom has a combi shower/bath. The 2 bedrooms are really big and can easily fit a king size bed in each. At the end of the hallway we have a large storage cupboard that I have put extra shelves in too for more shoe space. I have french doors in my livingroom that lead out to the lovely communual garden with own patio area, the block has only 8 flats in so lovely and quite and we are end terrace so have our own entrance via the french doors.
