Wanted 2 bedroom house

I have a new build upstairs for in a block, I am looking for a 2 bedroom house, will consider all areas but no flats, maisonettes, or 4 in a blocks. Really needing a back door onto a garden for my toddler and dog so they can get outside. (This house does have a garden but I?m really wanting a back door) Doesn?t need to be central as I drive. Will leave all my carpets, flooring and my blinds in the bathroom and kitchen. I?ve been the only tenant to live here and I have kept it immaculate, the living room, hall and bedrooms have recently been decorated and had new carpets put down. All other flooring has only been down just under 3 years. Large long hallway. Massive kitchen with space for a table and chairs, also tumbler drier space. The bathroom has a large walk in cupboard, and has a bath and a shower. Large square living room. Both bedrooms are double bedrooms
