Balham high road is literally 2 mins drive which has a railway station and tube station on top of shops like big sainsburys, aldi, tk max, boots, superdrugs etc. Neighbours are lovely. Only reason why I'm moving is because I need a bigger property as I have 2 boys and 1 girl.
