Three bedroomed semi detached house. Tryan Road Stockingford. Has an average sized living area, large dining room, small kitchen, downstairs toilet. Two double bedrooms upstairs with a box room and a bathroom. Double glazed windows and back boiler. Electric heating and gas is supplied by E and is newly fitted meters you pay online no need for a key. Large back garden that has had a new fence I paid for put in and trees removed that was blocking light to the house. Was a mess when I moved in and needs decorating. On my low income it isn't possible to do the work this house needs so it's in dire need of TLC. Moved in purely because I was homeless and took the first house I got offered. Am a secure tenant now. I want a smaller three bedroom or a two bed with a reception area I could use as a bedroom. Don't care if it's a house, flat, bungalow whatever. I need to be closer to the town centre. I don't want a massive garden, just one that's been looked after.
