I have a spacious 2 bedroom ground floor flat. Both bedroom can fit a king size bed wardrobes and chest of draws in. The living room is a good size with a bay window which lets in lots of light. The living room is big enough for a dining table and 4 seater sofa. The kitchen has a arch doorway. The kitchen isnt big but I do have everything I need in there such as cooker, fridge, washing machine, tumble dryer and undercounted freezer. Newly fitted bathroom done in 2019. We have put a lot of time in decorating our home and it has laminated flooring throughout. The hallway has 2 very good sized cupboards. There is a grass area outside my kitchen and living room windows. Very nice area lovely neighbors. The doctor surgery is 1 minuet walk from the flat. Asda and Sainsbury 5 mins drive away. 3 mins walk to valley park shopping centre where you can find everything you need from restaurants, food, gym, house hold furniture, general house hold stuff, pharmacy, and cinema. Close to a bus stop and try stop. 6 minutes on the tram to croydon and 10 minutes on the bus.
