very quiet as there is only 9 bungalows in scheme
you have a small front garden but the grass is cut for you house has alarm service 24/7 the bungalow has electric heating which is cheap to run and the house is really warm in winter a lot of times the heating is off as the bungalow gets to warm
there is a walk in shower and kitchen of living room kitchen is ok but is die to be replaced soon
we are only moving as we need 2 bedrooms due to illness
bungalow is freshly decorated and has new carpets and blinds which will be left there is also 2 large outside storage boxes which will be left
there is a large cupboard in hall plus fitted wardrobe in bedroom
we are looking for a 1 or 2 bedroom bungalow and may accept bottom flat and bottom 4 in block
bield housing association and scottish secure tenancy
