We currently have a 1 bedroom first floor spacious flat just outside of the main town with the coop and aldis less than a 5 minute walk from the property. The property also has a balcony and enough storage room and space for 2 people. It's a well kept and clean flat and had a brand new bathroom fitted through the housing association. The bedroom and living room are both of a large size. The kitchen floor has recently had brand new vinyl fitted and the living room hallway and stairs are grey carpeted. We are looking for a swap to a one or two bedroom property preferably with a garden. Any condition considered
