I have a three bedroomed/four property in Godstone surrey. Front and back garden with out house/shed with toilet. Great starter home for young family with good schools and outside space. I have lived here for 20 years and now all my children have flown the nest. Orinally from Wandsworth and wants to come home. The house is just to big for me now and feel that it would benefit a new family. I am looking for a house converted into 2-3 flat with garden by Wandsworth common, Balham or Tooting bec. Other options considered if locality and house is right. Ideally would like a 3 bedroom but would consider 2 if large enough.
