HOUSE SWAP WANTED FROM YEOVIL

looking for a new property to move out of Yeovil. Says Somerton but could be anywhere in Somerset or the South even South Wales as long as its a nice area and convenient budget is between ?300-400 per month WHERE I LIVE I live in a spacious one bed ground floor maisonette, really very nice and cosy property, can do a lot with it, includes small front garden, one bathroom and a little kitchen and cupboard under the stairs in bedroom rent is ?390 per month with Ashfields letting agency but I have been here eight years and never once had a problem with them and they are fine with me keeping pets I have one cat --------------------------------- LOOKING FOR - as stated above somewhere in Somerset not too far from my family would be ideal but willing to move further is the price is right :) at LEAST one bed must be a quiet semi rural area or a little village free from busy roads , accept pets for my cat , a garden or small garden area and not too far from food stores between ?300-400pm
