I have a lovely 2 bed, upside down house with medium sized back garden. Lounge, dining room, kitchen and bathroom on the ground floor, 2 bedrooms on the lower floor with a back door to garden. All rooms beautifully decorated. Central heating, double glazed windows and doors. To front entrance there is a patio area which is fenced off with a storage shed. South facing so have lots of sunshine all day. Very warm house so bills are low. Wanting a 2 bedroomed house not too far from springs academy school. It must be in good condition and nicely decorated. Small garden would be nice but it must be fenced off. Double glazing and central heating a must also.
