Hi i have a 2 bed flat in a sought after area in Edinburgh Eh12 , most of the houses in the street are bought houses with bungalows in the street behind. It is not on a housing scheme. Its a 4 in a block upper with back garden and shared drying green, the house is in need of redecoration but has new kitchen 1 year ago and bathroom is 5 years old tiled walls and granite tile flooring. Next to the water of leith walkway 10 second walk to Murrayfield rugby stadium. Balgreen and roseburn are the local primary schools. We are on the tram route. Sainsbury's, scotmid and aldi in walking distance. Looking for a detached property with gardens and a landlord that excepts pets as i have a dog. I Don't want a large housing scheme area looking for easy countryside walks and with in a good distance to a nhs hospital facility as i work for nhs and want to get redeployed if possible.
