house swap to be nearer family

I have a semi detached 2 bedroom house,very large private garden,with fruit trees,trees and climbing roses.6 foot new fence all around put in earlier this year.Large kitchen with view into garden.Downstairs w.c.Lounge medium size with window to front.Main bedroom medium,storage space.Second bedroom slighty smaller with storage space.Bathroom with W.C,bath,and over bath shower unit.All carpets.lamiate flooring to be left(put in earlier this year) as well as all blinds.My house is in a very quiet cul de sac.Shops/School/Church/Social Club/Pub/and Park 10 minutes walk.Doctors 5 mins walk away.I am looking for a 1/2 bedroom house/bungalow in or around Wincanton as I need to move nearer my family there.Must allow dogs.
