We live in a small hamlet deep in the heart of the Dyfi Valley. We have a large 3 bed house, 2 spacious double bedrooms and a large 3rd bedroom. Separate living room, dining/kitchen area, downstairs wet room suitable for disabled. There's only 6 properties on the estate. It's lovely and quiet with open fields all around. Machynlleth is 3 miles away with a variety of shops and supermarkets doctors and dentist along with primary school and high school. We're looking for a 2/3 bedroom home near to the sea if possible, the area we'd love to live is Borth or surrounding villages Bow Street, Penrhyncoch, talybont, Capel Bangor, Capel Dewi areas.
