Studio flat in West London

I'm hoping to swap my well situated studio flat in West London for a 1 bedroom flat in the more western side of Swansea. My home is on Golborne Rd and is in a block called Home field House which runs along Kensal Road W10 which in turn runs along the Regents Canal. Golborne Rd is an arm of the famous Portobello Rd which a about 150yds away. Westbound Park tube Station is nearby as is Sainsbury's. It's easy for access to the West End.
