House Swap - Caerphilly

Im looking for a house swap due to the reasons of being located a distance away from family. It is a lovely home, quiet neighbors and its a quiet street . Iv'e never had any bother. The next door neighbors are lovely. Its a 2 bedroom house with a reasonable large living room which could be separated into two rooms such as a dining room etc. The house also has a downstairs study which is a large room, opened with 2 big double doors. Lovely for a play area if you have kids. New bathroom and New Kitchen, 1 downstairs toilet also. Plenty of storage room under neath the stairs which is a small cupboard plus 2 big airing cupboards which fit nicely on the landing with pure white glossed doors. Lovely front and back garden, shed at the front and back of house. The front shed contains air vents for a tumble dryer which have been fitted professionally.
