I have a 2 bedroom house based on the St Michael Estate, near to layer road. It's a small side street with only 6 other houses and no trouble here whatsoever. Need to move as have a 1 year old son and 16 year old daughter who cannot share. On paper it says maximum of 3 people can live in this house.
Private garden, parking space round the side of houses, gas heating and water, not far from shrub end square which has coop, barbers, chip shop, Chinese and chemist. Lots of schools near by. Downstairs toilet as well as one upstairs in bathroom. Cupboards in both rooms. I would love to stay here but my son needs his own room.
