2 bedroom 1st floor flat. With lift if needed. Amazing condition. My flat is about 10 years old and I moved in around 3 years ago, both bedrooms are big double rooms. There is 12 flats in the block and all 11 neighbours I get on with they are all amazing, a real community. We have a beautiful 3 storey garden area and a private car park. I am only leaving my flat because my family have all relocated and my kids are grown. I want to be by the sea but not too far from what I know and that is the reason Iv decided on Bognor Regis.
