I have a lovely 1 bedroom flat based in PO1, It?s a 5 min walk to Gunwhalf and 10 min walk to commercial road. There?s a train station which is a 5 min walk and bus stops 3 min walk. -3rd floor, small block, newish. -large bedroom. -2 storage cupboards. -Bathroom with bath and over bath shower. -Large front room which I have a huge corner sofa in shared with a kitchen at the back. -Lift. -Lovely neighbours never hear a thing. -24 hour help available by security. -Juliet style balcony. -Large and beautiful rooftop communal garden! -Grey laminate flooring through out which if it gets ripped or damaged they come out and replace it free. I?d love to stay here but due to now having 2 children they need their own room. Looking for: Preferably a 3 bedroom flat/house/maisonette but will take a 2 bed. Open to all areas.
