2 Bed PCC house

NO FLATS OR MAISONETTES PLEASE Anyone looking to downsize? I have a 2 bed house in Havant with PCC. Both rooms are very large doubles. Front bedroom has built in wardrobe, back bedroom has a built in floor to ceiling cupboard with shelves. Living room and bathroom have been recently decorated and we are in the process of decorating everywhere else. The bathroom is a wetroom but council are happy to change it to a bath if wanted. There is plumbing for washing machine, dishwasher and cold water dispenser fridge. There is also a built in vent for a tumble dryer. Artificial lawn front and back. Back garden has a patio area, brick shed, a greenhouse and 6ft fencing all round. Looking for a 2 or 3 bed house or bungalow between Havant and Bordon areas.
