we live in a semi rural area opposite a nature reserve and lakes.love it here but time to down size to a 2 bedroom.lovely house and good neighbours .have lived here for 12 years and only one child left at home.everywhere has been decorated to our taste have completely redone kitchen and bathroom.we have a good size garden that we have divided up with mature plants etc. beautifull place to live and we can see the lake from our bedroom window.theother lake is mercerslake across the road which has a really friendly cafe and watersports if you feel daring!!! we wouldnt move if this was a 2 bed but we are at an age where we want less house now .
