I have a 6th floor high rise in Torry. Perfectly quiet building and older neighbours. Everyone is lovely. All nessecities are within walking distance. I.e Lidl, Tesco, locals shops and schools. Parks nearby, parking outside. 3 bus routes, 20 outside the door and the 59 and 12 just a few minutes walk away. We have just redecorated both bedroom and kitchen and are in the process of the hallway and living room (07/10/19) Nothing wrong with the flat or the area I just need a bigger property due to having 2 kids that are desperately needing their own space.
