One Bed BungalowWelwyn Hertfordshire

Hello, I am looking to exchange my One bed, warden assisted Council Bungalow,in a small village in Hertfordshire called Old Welwyn AL6 9JX I have only lived here for One year but need to move to be closer to family. I have a newly refurbished wetroom, complete with pull- down chair and non- slip floor. A very large living room,with single all glass door out into the Private, manageable back garden. The bedroom is also a fair size, with views onto the back garden. Kitchen is average size for a bungalow - with a utility area and another door to the Private front garden, and storage for mobility scooter. My bungalow is completely double glazed with gas central heating. Being on a hill,the views across the fields are beautiful! There's a bus service which takes residents to the town and brings you back... The warden is lovely and non intrusive. At the bottom of the hill is our village,where there's all the usual shops, pharmacy,doctors, dentist etc
