I have a 2 bed ground floor flat with a study/store room and huge private garden. It is communal but rarely used. I have my own garden borders for gardening or table/chairs and a large walk in shed. The flat has double facing windows so is bright and airy. Small 60s block made up of 3 levels. All privately owned flats other than mine and my neighbour and everyone is respectful. Have lived here for over 10 years. Quiet street. Off street parking right outside - you can get a permit from the council. Looking for 2 bed house/flat/maisonette etc in Greenwich, Blackheath or Kidbrooke area for my son's sixth form. I moved here 10 years ago for my son to have a private outside space to play in. He's grown now so we're looking for a change.
