Large 2 bedroom mid terrace house.close to Swindon the m4 corridor And Oxford A420.Very quiet village on a bus route to both Swindon & Oxfordshire.A primary school and large park near by and 2 smaller parks.Some shops10 minute walk or 2 minute drive.local church and pubs near by too.Lovely area close to a wooded area and golf course .The house has one large bedroom and a medium one.small bathroom with separate toilet. Living room and dinning room.medium sized kitchen. 2 gardens back one is a large one with grass and bushes and trees needs attention same with the front L shaped garden. The house has new triple glazed windows new combi boiler .Im looking to downsize to a 1bedroom place ideally on a bus route near shops and not far from the beach.The house has never had pets but due to ill health area's need painting decorating and new carpets needed.
