4 bed house needed

We have a large 3 bed, new build house. We have lived here for 10 years and have been the only tenants. We have been very happy here and only need the move due to overcrowding. Our house has 2 double bedrooms (one has built-in wardrobe) and one single bedroom. All bedrooms have floor to ceiling windows and high ceilings, lots of natural light. There is an upstairs family bathroom with toilet,sink, bath with shower, and a downstairs toilet also. Large lounge and kitchen with space for dining table (no separate dining room). Also a utility room off of the kitchen. Our property has a small/medium garden with patio and turf and includes a shed and side opening gate. There is bay parking directly outside the front of the house (this is not allocated parking). The house also has solar panels on the roof which lowers our energy bills to under £100 per month for gas/electricity combined (combi boiler system).
