Great 2 double bed house with garden - two bathrooms -downstairs toilet and shower room - upstairs bathroom and separate toilet, large south facing garden 4m X 5m - safe neighbourhood lived here 20 years zero problems - the houses here are all private owned we have gardeners and a little car park of our own and garages - it?s extremely quite at night as set away from the main road but still only 8mins walk either way to a tube oval- we live in zone 2 in London so can travel around easily, we have plenty of parks night life events, close to the oval cricket ground - it?s a great place to live- I need to move back to the south coast to be closer to family - whom have had a few illnesses and would like to be closer to them .
