Fresh air for the lungs

What I have:- I have a 2 bed house in Clacton-on-Sea. New kitchen and bathroom fitted. Open planleasing upstairs where I have 1 medium sized bedroom and 1 small bedroom. Carpet downstairs. Have nearly finished decorating the hallway. No carpet on stairs as of yet. Have a front garden with a path leading to front door. Parking and a communal garden. Although only me and my neighbour use the garden. Tesco is 5 mins walk. Bus routes, pubs, drs, schools all within walking distance. The beach 10-15 mins by car. What I would like:- 2 bed house/ bungalow (if allowed) with a garden for my daughter. Not bothered by conditions as I would re do this myself to my liking. Would like to be close to school/nursery and shops.
