We have a large 3 bed semi in a lovely, quiet village. Well kept gardens and patio areas, south facing, sun is in the gardens all day. Very private. Sitting room south facing with 2 large windows. Fully fitted kitchen in very good order. Bathroom with over bath shower. Separate toilet. Plenty of storage space. Village has all necessary amenities, Good transport links into Northwich and beyond. We want to downsize to a smaller 2 bed home.Gardens not a priority, but a small yard or balcony would be manageable. We would like a good sized kitchen big enough to have a dinning table and chairs if possible. Close to public transport and shops is a must.
