Pub and Waitrose/Lidl 5 minutes walk away. Leisure centre, Fishing Lake, Park, Walking trails, including coastal path in walking distance. Frequent bus service to city centre also surrounding areas, bustop also across the road. Would consider surrounding areas eg: St Austell
