I?m looking for a 4 bed. Has to be close to schools, primary and secondary. In return I have, a 3 bedroom willenhall in a quite close. I?ve a downstairs loo aswel as the upstairs family bathroom. Two double bedrooms and a single, the single has a built in single cupboard. I?ve a small dining room which leads off from the living room. I?ve a double drive way. I?ve a fenced off front garden ( only fenced off one in the close ) Lovely neighbours. Massive back garden that DOES need work doing to it. The whole house needs sorting, I?ve started decorating nearly every room then just gave up as I feel this isn?t my forever home and really want to have a fresh start. I?ve two primary schools within 5 min walks and a the nearest secondary school is around a 15 min walk. In return it MUST be a 4 bed with my OWN drive way. I?m in no arrears so can move asap, which I?m looking to do! Thankyou! ( not too sure how much the rent is but can find this out ).
