My current council property has 4 bedrooms in the Strand Estate of Holywell. I urgently need to move to Chester where I am originally from in order to be closer to Family since having a new baby. My property needs redecorating and some repairs but the council should be able to do the repairs, nothing major. It is an end house at the bottom of the street, it has a good fence, it has extra parking spaces for residents to use at the side of the property and an entrance into the Greenfield Valley Woods directly outside of the property. Great if you need to walk a dog. Infants, Primary and High school directly outside for children. Once done up, this is a great family property. The least I can accept is 3 bedrooms only if the property also has a dining room and the bedrooms are large.
