*I am searching from now for a move to hopefully happen next year. I am allowed to apply from mid march 2025 for a mutual exchange. I will become a secure tenant. I have a beautiful large 1 bedroom flat with high ceilings and sash windows near Battersea Power Station which I live with my child. It had been freshly painted by the council with a new bathroom put in, flooring tiles put down throughout the hallway, kitchen, bathroom and separate toilet and I have carpet installed in the living room and bedroom however underneath is beautiful wood flooring which can be restored to its full potential, I just don't know anyone who can do that. I have no personal balcony however there is a balcony walkway that leads to all the flats. We have schools, parks/green areas, community centres, shops, bus stops, underground station and shopping centre very close to us.
