the property I have is a 2 bedroom maisonette, it has 6, 1 bedroom at the bottom all occupied by people in their mid 50's upwards. And 6 maisonettes above, mine is the 2nd one from the stairs, which are straight stairs and not too many, with a small but new kitchen 3 years ago, dining room, living room with a balcony with washing line and it is the sun side! stairs to 2 bedrooms, 1 bedroom has a small built in wardrobe and the 2nd bedroom with 2 built in wardrobes and slightly larger bedroom. It has a separate toilet, and the bathroom has had a new bath and tiling this year, and I have had a shower screen fitted and bath/shower mixer taps.
I am looking for a 2 or 3 bedroom house, area doesn't have to be precise to Garforth! will consider Kippax, Sherburn in Elmet, Tadcaster, certain areas of Selby, i.e. villages.
