Dunblane House Swap

Advert created 16/11/24 I have a 3 year old house in new housing estate in Dunblane looking for house swap to Sauchie to be nearer my partner. My house has 2 good size double bedrooms one with double fitted wardrobe and single fitted wardrobe. The 2nd bedroom the shape of it you could easily fit 2 children into the one room and section off. Both bedrooms have 2 windows. There is upstairs main bathroom with shower and toilet downstairs which is big enough to store a tumble drier. The kitchen is small but functional with a larder storage cupboard. Back door is lovely patio doors that lead onto the garden where I have put a shed at bottom of garden for extra storage. Being honest as possible although house is clean and tidy after 3 years it is needing painted/decorated and new flooring. Everything livable meantime to do bit by bit, but something to take into account for future costs Sorry no flats my teenager is registered disabled so I need 2 bed house or 2 bed bungalow. I'd love a 3 bed for more space.
