Glasgow West End looking for Edinburgh

We live on the top floor of a traditional red sandstone tenement, with stained glass windows in the close. Our flat is bright and very warm and cosy with lovely views up and down the street and lots of sky in evidence! Neighbours are excellent with a great communal feeling in the building. The back court had large mature trees . As we are between Hyndland and Partick there are lots of trendy shops, bars, cafes and pubs close by, yet where we live is very quiet. Farmer's Market takes place just down the road from us, Cottiers bar and theatre is just up the road. It's a vibrant area, close to Byres Road, the University and lots of lovely parks. Excellent transport nearby, Shops, Doctors' surgery or health centre, Primary school, Secondary school, Pubs. 3rd floor.
