One-bed spacious bungalow

*Location*; semi-rural village surrounded by fields, with a choice of award winning beaches nearby and super close to a lot of amenities; all very well connected by bus and metro. Metro station 3 mins walk. *Quietness*. My bungalow is at the end of a row of 4 and is almost detached, due to being staggered. NO neighbour noise at all. Private garden, which is not overlooked at all. A brand new fence recently installed. A new brick wall was erected a few years ago. The last few summers I have been able to grow a large crop of vegetables. Photo shows amount of sun reaching the garden in summer. Solar panels which cut your electricity bill significantly if you use your appliances during the day. Unusual in bungalows I have a large storage room, that could possibly take a small single bed, or double up as an office.
