End of terrace in a quiet cul-de-sac

Our house is a 2 bed end of terrace house situated in a pleasant cul-de-sac with ample places for parking and friendly neighbours. We live very close to a massive sports field with an enclosed park. Close to Slade Green train station, bus stops, doctors surgery and a small parade of shops.Schools close by too. We would like to move to be closer to my elderly aunt so that we are there when needed. She is my only living relative after losing my mum in 2020 and my dad in 2021 and we can both look after each other. We would like a 2 bed hse, end of terrace, detached with gas central heating, double glazing, own garden and pets allowed. We don't mind if your place needs some tlc. Just want to be close to my aunt.
