2 bedroom beautifully decorated victorian terrace house. Based in trendy walthamforest.Many amenities restaurants,great location for location and community.Lots going on in the local community. I have put a lot of love, blood, sweat and tears into this house. For me the trendy vibrant community is not important due to my being house bound. My mum is moving to railey essex. For this reason I am looking for 2 bedroom accommodation as near as possible to railey essex. I only want to swap with council properties. I would need to be on the ground floor. I am not well enough to carry out a lot of work. So the property would need to be of a high standard. Definitely not considering Barking, Dagenham or Romford.
