We have a beautiful view overlooking the village allotments at the front with parking for 2/3 vehicles, you can see the Tor in the distance. The property is 14 years old and has a wood burner, a downstairs toilet, a garden which has a small patio area with shed, and a raised grass area with a summerhouse style shed. The village is home to Glastonbury festival (free village tickets). Regular social events and gigs take place at the Working Men’s Club and The Crown pub, which has recently been lovingly renovated. There’s a Co-op shop, and the playing fields have a skate park, a pavilion that can be hired for events, and a play area. We also have Pilton Preschool, and a school bus that serves the catchment primary school in West Pennard. Nearby towns are Glastonbury, Wells and Shepton Mallet, and Castle Cary train station is 12 mins by car. Mendip residents can move here, as well as if you have family or work links to the local area.
