Hello, I hope you are doing well. I am writing to inquire about the possibility of exchanging my two-bedroom flat for a two-bedroom house with a garden. My daughter and I are both disabled, and we recently lost our son. Living in the flat has become extremely challenging for us, and having a garden would provide some much-needed outdoor space for us to grieve and find some peace. The flat is very spacious and has a lot of storage space. It is very warm in the winter because it is the top floor and all the heat rises. The neighbors are very quiet, and I have not even seen two of them in the two years I have lived there. There is a GP surgery just a minute's walk away, and shops and a Tesco Extra are also nearby Both rooms are doubles, and the toilet and bathroom are separate. The kitchen is very large, as is the living room. There is also a nice hallway.
