One bedroom large flat

I have a large one bedroom flat in a quiet area of Margate. Has a local shop and new takeaway next door. It is in a small block of only 9 flats. Has all large rooms and is very cheap to heat. I only spend �9 a month on gas and am always in credit. It is 10 minutes from the beach and close to town. Has a bus stop outside the flats that run every 12 minutes. Has parking in the front and back of property.
