I have a 2 bed bungalow in the village of Broom S60 2QZ, Rotherham. We are 15 mins away from Sheffield and 15 mins from Barnsley. I am 1.4 miles from the main hospital. There is doctors, shops, grooming parlour, chemists. Then the main town is not far away where there is plenty of shops, lots of them but you are anyway from it if you want to. Bungalow has wet room, livingroom, kitchen, and 2 good sized bedrooms, one bedroom has patio doors leading on to the very big garden at the back and smaller one at the front. We have elderly neighbours on both sides.The bungalow is semi detatched, room for 2 cars on the driveway. Needs decorating, severe health reason wants me to be near my friends..I lived in woodhall Spa for 8 years and kirkby on bain for 9 years. I'd like to come back. The rent is £103 a week.
