I am really interested in a swap. Had a mini stroke two years ago and need to be back near family. I have a lovely three storey semi less than 10 years old. Lovely neighbours and town. Locally many good pubs schools and Neath Port Talbot college. Swansea university about 30 minutes away. GP surgery about 500 yards away and local chemists . Plenty of takeaways including Spanish restaurant. Close to Morriston hospital and Neath Baglan hospital. Lovely views in the area too with local park and playing fields within 500 yards. Top purpose built attic bedroom has a very spacious storage area ( walk in) . Spacious kitchen diner. Storage area under stairs. Large airing cupboard with radiator. Gas central heating.
