Want to swap my large 2 bed flat for 3 bed house

I have a large 2 bedroom flat situated on the first floor with two double sized bedrooms open planned kitchen -front room with lots of storage and space. My hall way is very spacious and gives access to two decent sized storage cupboards which I use as a walk in wardrobe and the other as storage for vacuum suit case ladders etc Also we have a permit to park car in a bay allocated to this flat which is free and only available for our flat which is a bonus if you drive I have a large modern decked balcony which can be accessed from bedroom Bathroom is large and has recently been tiled and re painted to a high standard along with the rest of the house if you are looking for a two bed flat then it’s definitely worth having a look at as you will struggle to find more quality and size in a flat in London the only reason I am considering moving is because I have 3 kids and they need more space now Feel free to contact me for any enquiries .THANK YOU
